Hyperia City returns to Lorcana's standard 204-card main set after Attack of the Vine! stretched to 207 cards with its dual-ink designs. That main set breaks down into 72 Commons, 54 Uncommons, 48 Rares, 18 Super Rares and 12 Legendaries. Above it sit the collector tiers that drive the money: 18 Epics (numbered 205–222), 18 Enchanteds (223–240) and just two Iconics (241 and 242), for 242 collector numbers in all. Every pack also carries a bonus insert, either a piece of a new nine-card puzzle artwork, an Ink Drop token, or a story card about the city, which gives completionists one more thing to chase.
Hyperia City by the numbers
Main set (204 cards): 72 Common, 54 Uncommon, 48 Rare, 18 Super Rare, 12 Legendary
Collector tiers: 18 Epic (#205–222), 18 Enchanted (#223–240), 2 Iconic (#241–242)
On the table, Hyperia City introduces Ink Drops, a new resource mechanic tracked with the token cards found in packs, alongside an unusually deep pool of Singer characters and song synergies. Discard-pile tricks and a bigger role for Locations round out the themes, and set championships don't arrive until January, giving players a long runway to build. For collectors, though, the headline is the cast. Coco is the most heavily represented property in TCGplayer's Hyperia City catalog, and a brand-new Pixar film tends to bring brand-new buyers. Pair that with fan favorites like Ariel, Belle, Mulan and Max Goof, and the set has the kind of crossover appeal that pulls in Disney memorabilia collectors who never shuffle a deck.
The true summit is the Iconic pair, and the gap between them is striking. Mickey Mouse – Best in Town (241/204) hasn't logged enough completed sales for TCGplayer to post a market price yet, but the cheapest of its 16 listings sits at $3,350 and the median ask is about $3,740. Cinderella – Unintentional Icon (242/204) carries a $1,066.66 market price, yet her cheapest listing is $1,450 and the median ask is $1,800, which means sellers are reaching well above what buyers have actually paid. Mickey commands roughly three times Cinderella's price for the same rarity, a reminder that in Lorcana the mouse himself is the blue-chip asset. It doesn't hurt that the base Mickey is a one-cost Amber character that quests for two lore, a card players will actually want.
Below the Iconics, the Enchanted tier has quickly organized itself, with princesses and music doing most of the lifting. Ariel – Collector of Oddities leads at $415.39, Belle – Exceptional Writer follows at $323.00, and Max Goof – Karaoke Star rides the set's music theme to $259.39. Then comes a tight pack clustered around $200: Marie – Caught in the Act at $204.68, Rapunzel – Outgoing Artist at $199.03 and Coco 's Remember Me at $198.65, a rare case of a song card earning a spot among the chase characters. Aurora – Delightful Musician ($178.57) and Mulan – Martial Arts Master ($157.87) round out the top ten.

TCGplayer market prices as of October 21, 2026.
The listings tell you where those prices may be heading. Several Enchanteds already have sellers undercutting the last sales: Marie's cheapest copy is $149.99 against a $204.68 market price, and Mulan can be had for $118.68 against $157.87. Aurora shows the opposite tension, with a median ask near $314 while completed sales sit under $180, a sign that buyers and sellers haven't agreed on her worth yet. With wide release landing October 23 and thousands of fresh boxes about to be cracked, expect the middle of the Enchanted pack to compress further before it settles. Add it all up and the eight Enchanteds in this top ten total about $1,937 at market, or roughly 11.5 booster boxes' worth of cardboard.
That brings us to sealed. The Hyperia City booster box carries a $169.01 market price on TCGplayer, with the cheapest of 38 listings at $161 and a median ask around $176; four-box cases trade near $680, or about $170 a box. Against a distributor-listed MSRP of $143.76 for 24 packs, that's roughly an 18% early premium, which is modest by new-release standards. Across the wider Lorcana market, Hyperia slots into the comfortable middle: right alongside Rise of the Floodborn ($170.34), below its immediate predecessor Attack of the Vine! ($193.69) and fellow recent sets Whispers in the Well ($221.84), Wilds Unknown ($225.31) and Winterspell ($251.54), and above sets like Reign of Jafar ($154.85), Archazia's Island ($146.74), Shimmering Skies ($143.40), Into the Inklands ($125.54), Ursula's Return ($123.09) and Azurite Sea ($120.66). The genuine blue chips remain in a league of their own, with The First Chapter at $472 and Fabled at $826.51.
The bigger picture is that Lorcana's collector ceiling is about to rise again. Ravensburger has already previewed Into the Inkdark , the first set of 2027, which will bring Illustrious cards, six per set and each serialized to just 23 copies. That could make Hyperia City the last set where an Iconic is the top of the food chain, which cuts both ways: high-end money may hold back for the serialized era, or Hyperia's Iconics may be remembered as the final "attainable" grails. For now, the read is straightforward. Rippers are buying a lottery ticket on the Iconics plus a fun, princess-heavy Enchanted slate; singles buyers who are patient through the post–October 23 supply wave will likely find better prices on mid-tier Enchanteds; and sealed holders are getting in near the floor of a set with strong Disney and Pixar appeal. Hyperia City isn't the loudest set Lorcana has ever released, but it may be one of the more sensible ones to own.
